Après un long parcours dans divers univers musicaux allant du rock, des musiques traditionnelles, folk puis des musiques de l'Inde, Richard Pick revient à ses premiers amours en créant avec son fils Robin et d'autres musiciens le groupe SILK qui ne comportait qu'un seul i. Jean Nicolas Susse présent dans cette première formation, sera invité sur le premier album de Siiilk « Way to Lhassa » aux voix et à l'harmonium indien. SILK annonce déjà avec ses musiques, la création future vers 2010 de l'actuel groupe SIIILK, c'est d'ailleurs le titre « Where have you gone ? » qui sera repris sur le dernier album de Siiilk sous le nom de « SONG FOR SYD », hommage émouvant à SYD BARRETT, fondateur de Pink Floyd.

After a long journey in various musical universes going from Rock, traditional music, folk music and then Indian music, Richard Pick comes back to his first love by creating with his son Robin and other musicians the group SILK which had only one i. Jean Nicolas Susse, present in this first formation, will be invited on the first album of Siiilk « Way to Lhassa » with the voices and the Indian harmonium. SILK already announces with its musics, the future creation towards 2010 of the current group SIIILK, it is besides the title « Where have you gone ? » which will be taken again on the last album of Siiilk under the name of « SONG FOR SYD », touching homage to SYD BARRETT, founder of Pink Floyd.
